ONLINE PAYMENT POLICY

The purpose of this document is to regulate the terms and conditions of use of the payment platform through Virtual POS, whose owner is SMART TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOPMENT SL, with CIF B66329624, with address at Calle Sepúlveda 101 No. 2º2ª, 08015 in Barcelona (Spain ).


1. Payment policy


The conditions of use of this payment gateway are the following:


- The payment of the products and / or services that are offered through the Website, is made temporarily to SMART TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOPMENT SL and it and it will totalize them and transmit them to the Schools in accordance with the provisions of the use contract License. The Schools authorize SMART TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOPMENT SL to accept payment on their behalf, so that the payment of the price of any product and / or service carried out correctly in favor of SMART TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOPMENT SL, will be understood as the fulfillment of the User's obligation with the School.


- Once the service offered by the School and / or by related companies (providers of extracurricular activities, food services, transportation, etc.) has been selected, indicating the cost thereof, the User will make the payment of the selected receipt through the Banco Santander Virtual POS (Santander Spain Merchant Services Entidad de Pago, SLU). Payment is made according to the 3D SECURE security protocol, a secure protocol that includes among others Verified by Visa ™, which has been developed by VISA and MasterCard, to allow the authentication of cardholders during Internet payments, reducing the probability of fraud in the use of cards.


- In the aforementioned authentication process, the User will be asked for the card number and data associated with the card, which will be entered on secure web pages, guaranteed by the privacy policies of the Website.


- The types of card allowed will be the credit or debit cards of the MASTERCARD, VISA, VPAY, MAESTRO, DISCOVER, UPI and JCB types.


- The person who identifies himself and acts as the cardholder will be fully responsible for the data provided, the validation of the process and the consent given.


2. Security Measures


For the purposes of the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and its implementing regulations, the User is informed of the following:

- The holder of the payment card understands that the card must be associated with a bank account with sufficient funds to make it possible to charge the account of the amount to be paid and that the card must be authorized by the issuing bank for use in internet payments.


- The User must notify SMART TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOPMENT SL about any unauthorized transaction or errors in settlements, in no more than 10 working days from when they become aware of their occurrence.


- The transaction currency of the contracted services will be the Euro (€).


- The minimum age to request the services provided in this payment gateway is 18 years old.


3. Claim, Cancellation and / or Refund Policy


- In case of wanting to make a claim, the User must:


  1. Inform it in writing by sending an email to reclamacion.pagos@bynapp.com, from the email with which you are registered in Bynapp.
  2. In this email, the reason for the claim must be detailed.
  3. The reference number that appears in the "Payment Management" section must be indicated in the Subject of the email.


- In the case of wanting to request a subscription cancellation, the User must:


  1. Report it in writing by sending an email to reclamacion.pagos@bynapp.com, from the email with which you are registered in Bynapp.
  2. This email must contain all the subscription data.
  3. An express request to unsubscribe must be made in the body of the message.


- In order to make a return, a payment transaction must first exist, and in this case, the User must:


  1. Report it in writing by sending an email to returns@bynapp.com, from the email with which you are registered in Bynapp.
  2. Said email must contain the full name of the User and a brief explanation stating the reason for the refund request.
  3. The reference number that appears in the "Payment Management" section must be indicated in the Subject of the email.


- Automatic ticket opening: Once the claim is received, and / or request for cancellation or refund, the User will automatically receive an email confirming that their request has been received and that therefore a ticket has been created automatically to manage the request. If you do not receive said email, it is suggested that you check the “Spam” email to ensure that you receive said email.


- In case of proceeding, the refund will be made within a period of between 5 and 7 working days from the receipt of your request
